Lifelong Learning at WSU

Does this sound like you? You miss the challenge of college and would love to take a class or two simply for personal enrichment but don’t want to pay tuition, take exams, do group projects or earn college credit. It’s the meat of the content you crave, developed by WSU faculty who know the subject matter inside and out.

That is what the ALN is all about. And it’s just another way WSU meets its commitment to provide lifelong learning opportunities for graduates.

We have taken content from courses originally developed for WSU Global Campus and put it into a course space available in an easily accessible portal – the Alumni Learning Network – for WSU Alumni Association members to access online at their convenience.

Members can choose from a growing number of subjects and access as many or as few ALN courses as they like. Although ALN courses are not instructor facilitated, you’ll benefit from the expertise of WSU faculty.

Ready to learn more? View the video below for a closer look at what you can expect from an ALN course and take a tour of the ALN course space. After you've created your account, the ALN Registrar will email you within two business days to confirm your account setup. After that, you'll be ready to enroll in the course(s) of your choice. All courses are conducted in Blackboard Learn, WSU’s learning management system.
